Fortnite for Android could launch exclusively with Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Fortnite is available for iOS devices for free of cost
Samsung is all set to unpack the Samsung Galaxy Note9 in New York on the 9th of August and the same will be available for pre-order in India on the 19th of April. This year, Samsung is expected to surprise the gaming enthusiasts, by launching the super-famous online FPS gaming title Fortnite as a Galaxy Note9 exclusive.
The Leak
According to a report from XDA Developers, Fortnite for Android will debut along with the Samsung Galaxy Note9 and the game is expected to stay as a Galaxy Note9 exclusive for some amount of time (probably a month) from the date of launch. Fortnite is already available for PC, Mac, and iOS. With the launch of the Galaxy Note9, the most happening online FPS/strategy game will be available for the world of Android as well.
After the 30 days trial period, the game will be made available for supported Android smartphones via the Google Play store for free of cost. Currently, iOS users are rejoicing the game for free of cost.
The report also suggests that the Fortnite app will come pre-installed on the Samsung Galaxy Note9, as the app will not be available on the Google Play Store. Games like PUBG has seen an immense response from the Android ecosystem, which currently does not have any competition and Fortnite could disrupt the market, as it has a similar concept.
Fortnite is developed by an US-based video game company Epic Games, which is also known for the gaming titles like Gears Of Wars and Infinity Blade series. The game Fortnite has already seen a huge success in the iOS platform and this is going to multi in number when the game will be made available on Android platform, which has more number of user base.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected to have a 6.3-inch display with QHD+ resolution. The smartphone will be running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 or the Exynos 9820 chipset (depending on the variant) with either 6/8 GB RAM and 64/128 GB storage with a micro SD card slot for storage expansion up to 400 GB along with support for dual SIM cards (depends on region).
