Gionee Unveils Elife E8 with 6-inch QHD Display, 64GB Internal Memory and Gionee Wallet

    China-based handset manufacturer, Gionee has launched a new smartphone under E series in an event today. Dubbed as Elife E8, this device comes with an NXP Smart PA audio chip, stereo speakers with DTS support, finger-print scanner. Also, Gionee has collaborated with WeBank to launch Gionee Wallet.

    Gionee Elife E8 - Key Specifications

    Gionee Elife E8, sports a 6-inch Quad HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It is powered by a 2 GHzOcta-core MediaTek Helio X 10 (MT6795) processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU besides 3GB RAM under the hood.

    Moving to the storage capacity, Elife E8 comes equipped with 64GB of inbuilt memory, with an expansion option of up to 128GB via microSD card slot. This device measures 9.6mm thickness, weighs around 207grams and built with alloy of aluminum and magnesium.

    On the imaging factor, E8 features a 24MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, 1 / 2.3″ sensor, 6P lenses, OIS, 4K video recording, 8MP front snapper and shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop with Amigo UI 3.1.

    Further, Elife E8 supports connectivity options like Fingerprint sensor, dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, GPS, NFC and powered by a 3520mAh battery.

    Priced at 3999 CY (approx Rs. 41,148), Gionee Elife E8 will go on sale in the market from July 15th.
