HMD Crest Series India Launch Set for July 25; Amazon Availability Confirmed

HMD is all set to unveil its own branded phones named the Crest series in India. The HMD Arrow was rumoured to be the first phone in the country; however, it dropped 'Arrow' Moniker due to legal reasons.

Now, the brand has confirmed the launch date for the upcoming Crest series and teased the design of the handsets. Here's what to expect from the HMD Crest series.

HMD Crest Series Set to Launch on July 25

The brand took to its official X (formerly Twitter) handle to confirm the HMD Crest series smartphones will be launching on July 25 in India. Following the launch, the smartphones will be available for purchase via Amazon, where a dedicated microsite has already gone live. The design and a few information regarding the HMD Crest series phones have also been revealed via Amazon listing.

HMD Crest Series: What to Expect?

The HMD Crest series will likely include the Crest and Crest Max 5G smartphones. As per the Amazon listing, the smartphones will come with a glass back finish and portrait camera features. The phones will be made in India and easy to self-repair.

While the features of these phones are still unknown at this moment, the HMD Crest was recently spotted on the Geekbench listing revealing a few details. The smartphone is tipped to come with 8GB of RAM, Android 14 OS, and an Octa-Core processor.
