Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ launched with Kirin 9000s Chip, 120Hz OLED Display, IP68 Rating

Huawei has expanded its flagship lineup with the launch of the new Mate 60 Pro+ in China. This launch bolsters the company's portfolio after introducing the Huawei Mate 60 and Huawei Mate 60 Pro a few days ago. '

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ arrives along the company's Mate X5 foldable smartphone. The Huawei Mate 60 Pro Plus features a Kirin chipset, OLED display, a large battery, fast wired and wireless charging, and a triple-rear camera setup on the back.

Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ Variants

Huawei is yet to confirm the price of the Mate 60 Pro+, although the handset is available for pre-booking in China by paying CNY 1,000 (roughly Rs. 11,300). The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ arrives in 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB memory configurations.

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ is offered in Inkstone Black and Xuan Bai (Beige) colour options. There is no word about the international availability of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro Plus outside China.

Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ Specifications

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ is powered by the Kirin 9000s chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The Mate 60 Pro+ sports a 6.82-inch LPTO OLED with a 1.5K resolution and an adaptive refresh rate (1Hz - 120Hz). The screen is protected by Kunlun Glass.

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 88W wired fast charging support and 50W wireless fast charging support. The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ runs Harmony OS 4.0. Up front, Huawei's latest flagship opts for a 13 MP selfie camera.

For optics, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ gets a triple-rear camera setup with a 48 MP primary sensor with OIS, a 40 MP ultrawide lens, and a 48 MP ultra-macro telephoto lens with OIS. The Mate 60 Pro+ also features dual nano-SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
