Huawei P60 Series With Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Chipset Announced
Huawei has announced the new P60 series of smartphones which comprises the P60, P60 Pro, and P60 Art. All three phones feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and an LTPO OLED panel.
Huawei P60 Features
All three smartphones in the Huawei P60 series share quite a few features. The P60, P60 Pro, and P60 Art sport a 6.67-inch LTPO AMOLED screen. The panel has a resolution of 2,700 x 1,220 pixels and a variable refresh rate of 120Hz.

The display comes with Kunlun glass protection and an inbuilt fingerprint scanner for security. All three phones come in the same size, measuring 161 x 74.5 x 8.3mm. The smartphones are IP68 certified for water, dust, and splash resistance.
When it comes to imaging, the Huawei P60 series features a 48 MP main camera with OIS and an RYYB sensor. The primary lens has a variable aperture ranging from f/1.4 to f/4.0. At the front, the smartphones are equipped with a 13MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
However, the phones differ when it comes to the other camera sensors. The vanilla Huawei P60 gets a 12MP telephoto lens with an f/3.4 aperture. Meanwhile, the P60 Pro and P60 Art feature an upgraded 48MP telephoto sensor with 3.5x optical zoom.

As for the ultrawide lens, both the Huawei P60 and P60 Pro get a 13MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.2. Meanwhile, the Huawei P60 Art features a much bigger 40MP lens.
Moving on to the processor, the P60 series are equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The smartphone also supports Beidou satellite messaging, which will be restricted to China. The P60 series will run Harmony OS 3.1 out of the box.

The Huawei P60 and P60 Pro pack 4,815 mAh batteries with support for 50W wireless charging. While the P60 supports 66W wired charging, the P60 Pro is capable of 88W wired charging. Finally, the P60 Art features a 5,100mAh silicon-carbon battery.
Huawei P60 Price
The Huawei P60 price starts at 4488 yuan (around ₹54,055) for the model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Meanwhile, the high-end version with 8GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at 988 yuan (around ₹72,090).
The Huawei P60 Pro costs 6988 yuan (around ₹84,170) for the 256GB model. The 512GB version is priced at 7988 yuan (around ₹96,215).
The Huawei P60 Art costs 8988 yuan (around ₹1,08,260) for the 512GB storage model, while the 1TB storage model is priced at 10988 yuan (around ₹1,32,280).
The Huawei P60 and P60 Pro will be available for purchase in China from March 30, 2023. Meanwhile the P60 Art will go on sale from April 7. The P60 and P60 Pro come in Rococo White, Feather Purple, Feather Black, and Emerald colorways. The P60 Art comes in Quicksand Gold and Blue Sea options.
