Huawei launched several products at an event in China. In addition to the P60 series of premium Android smartphones, the foldable Huawei Mate X3, and the Huawei Ultimate Watch, the Chinese tech giant also launched the Huawei MatePad 11 2023 edition, a tablet powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset.

Despite being a successor to the Huawei MatePad 11 model from 2021 and getting decent upgrades, Huawei chose to stick with the same name for the Android tablet. Regardless, the tablet is available in two variants. Let's look at all the available details of the Huawei MatePad 11 2023 edition, which could launch in India.

The Huawei MatePad 11 2023 tablet features an 11-inch WQXGA IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The 1440p screen has a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 275PPI.

The display of the tablet is available in two variants. While one is covered by regular glass, the other one has matte glass. Huawei assures the matte glass version offers a paper-like experience.

Due to the textured finish, this variant has diffused or muted reflections on the screen. Although the matte glass version has lower contrast levels, it still manages to offer a better stylus experience, claims Huawei.

The Huawei MatePad 11 2023 tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The powerful chipset is paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. Buyers can opt for 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. However, only the 8GB RAM variant of the tablet has 128GB and 256GB of internal storage models. The model with 6GB RAM will have 128GB of internal storage.

The Huawei tablet has a 13MP f/1.8 camera on the back panel, which is accompanied by an LED flash. It can record 4K video at 30FPS. There's an 8MP f/2.0 camera on one of the side bezels in the front.

The Huawei MatePad 11 2023 is powered by a 7,250mAh battery with support for 22.5W wired fast charging via a USB-C port, and supports 5W reverse wired charging. The tablet boots HarmonyOS 3.1. It features quad speakers powered by Huawei Histen 8.0 sound effects.

The Huawei tablet lacks cellular connectivity and relies on Wi-Fi for internet connectivity. It features dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C. It measures 7.2mm in thickness and weighs about 480g.

Huawei MatePad 11 2023 tablet is up for sale in China. Customers can choose between Obsidian Black, Island Blue, Crystal White, or Streamer Purple color options.

Huawei has a dedicated page for the Huawei MatePad 11 2023 tablet that suggests the company may offer the device outside China. However, Huawei hasn't confirmed the international availability of the tablet.
