Intex Aqua Sense 5.1 Launched at Rs 3,999: Specs, Features, Competition, and More
Intex is on a launch spree lately as it is coming up with many new smartphones in the Aqua series lately. The latest launch is the Intex Aqua Sense 5.1 that is priced at Rs 3,999. It is similar to the Aqua Sense 5.0 in terms of specs and it has some slight differences.
Intex Aqua Sense 5.1 Specs
This new Intex smartphone boasts a 5-inch FWVGA display and it is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. It is energized by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor that is teamed up with 512 MB RAM.

The device is an entry-level one so it carries a 2 MP main snapper at its back with LED flash and a VGA front-facer for selfies. It has connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and dual-SIM support. There is a 2,500 mAh battery that energizes the smartphone from within.
Intex Aqua Sense 5.1 Features
Apart from specs, this smartphone is preloaded with a slew of apps including OLX, Matrabhasha, and Gujarat Lions to name a few.
Competition
The new Intex Aqua Sense 5.1 will likely compete with the smartphones launched in the price bracket including Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus and Reliance LYF Flame 6 that also carry a price tag of Rs 3,999.

Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus
The Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus is fitted with a 5-inch FWVGA display and it employs a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that is accompanied by 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of native storage space that you can expand up to 32 GB.
Based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, this Micromax smartphone has a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front camera on board. A 2,000 mAh battery powers the smartphone giving it the much-needed backup.
Reliance LYF Flame 6
The Lyf Flame 6 features a 4-inch WVGA display that is protected with Asahi Dragontrail Glass and it comes with the 4G LTE support that is missing in the Intex Aqua Sense 5.1. The Lyf Flame 6 employs a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor paired with 512 MB RAM. The storage capacity is low at 4 GB and it can be expanded up to 32 GB using a micro SD card slot.

At the rear, the Lyf Flame 6 has a 2 MP main snapper with LED flash and there is a 2 MP front-facing selfie shooter as well on board. The smartphone draws power from a 1,750 mAh battery that will render an average backup to it.
