iQOO 15 Pro May Feature a Flat 2K OLED Display from Samsung with LTPO for Improved Efficiency
iQOO is preparing to expand its flagship lineup with the iQOO 15 series, and a Pro variant is expected alongside the standard model.
While details are still emerging, leaks suggest that the iQOO 15 Pro will bring significant display and battery upgrades, positioning it as a true high-end contender.

A Larger, High-Resolution Display
According to Digital Chat Station, the iQOO 15 Pro will feature a 6.85-inch 2K LTPO OLED display, likely supplied by Samsung Display. This panel is expected to include LIPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology, which could improve power efficiency and overall performance.
Unlike many recent flagships that use curved displays, the iQOO 15 Pro is rumored to have a flat-screen, making it a potential choice for users who prefer a more traditional design. The display is also expected to feature eye protection enhancements and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
A Massive Battery and Periscope Camera
One of the most intriguing rumors that we covered earlier is that the iQOO 15 Pro might pack a 7,000mAh battery, which would make it the largest battery in an iQOO flagship to date. However, this detail has yet to be confirmed.
Camera-wise, the iQOO 15 Pro is expected to feature a periscope telephoto lens, though the exact optical zoom capabilities remain unclear. Given the trend in flagship smartphones, iQOO may focus on improving zoom and low-light performance.
Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 Powering the iQOO 15 Pro
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset is expected to power the iQOO 15 Pro, aligning with other premium smartphones launching later this year.
Since Qualcomm is set to unveil the chipset in October 2025, the iQOO 15 series is likely to debut in late 2025, around October or November.
India Launch and Naming Strategy
The iQOO 15 is likely to launch in India, following the iQOO 13's debut in November 2024 at ₹54,999. Reports suggest that iQOO will skip the number 14 due to cultural beliefs in some Asian markets.
However, the Pro variant may not arrive in India, as iQOO previously chose not to release the iQOO 12 Pro in the country.
