iQOO 15R India Launch Confirmed on Amazon: Check Full Specifications and Price Range
iQOO is gearing up to unveil a new smartphone coming to India soon. The iQOO 15R will sit right under the flagship iQOO 15 and debut as the company's first phone in India to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya officially teased the iQOO 15R launch in India. While no official date was provided, we expect the iQOO 15R to launch in India sometime next month.

iQOO 15R Pricing in India (Expected)
Marya's post doesn't reveal the specifications of the iQOO 15R, although its design appears to be similar to the iQOO Z11 Turbo that was unveiled in China last week. We also believe the iQOO 15R price in India will start from under Rs 45,000.
It will likely debut as the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 smartphone in India. Here are the full specifications of the iQOO 15R if it is indeed a rebraded version of the iQOO Z11 Turbo.
iQOO 15R/iQOO Z11 Turbo Specifications
The iQOO 15R could use a 6.59-inch flat OLED LTPS screen with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness reaches up to 5,000 nits, which should help outdoor visibility. Inside, the smartphone will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and a dedicated gaming chip.
Storage on the iQOO 15R could max out at 512GB with UFS 4.1 technology, aimed at quicker app and game loading. The extra gaming chip is designed to handle graphics tasks better during long sessions. The phone will boot OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, focusing on customisation and performance control.
For imaging, the iQOO 15R will carry a 200MP primary camera with optical image stabilization, supported by an 8MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, a 32MP camera handles selfies and video calls. Security comes from an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, while IP68 and IP69 ratings help protect against water and dust.
The large 7,600mAh battery in the iQOO 15R will support 100W fast charging, aiming to cut down charging time despite the capacity. The handset measures up to 8.1mm in thickness and weighs around 206 grams, balancing a sizeable battery with a relatively slim profile for everyday use.
