iQOO 15T Full Specifications Revealed: Here's When iQOO's Gaming Focused Flagship Launching

iQOO is reportedly preparing to expand its flagship 15 series with a new model called the iQOO 15T, which is already available for pre-orders on the brand’s official Weibo channels and partner stores, ahead of a launch that is expected around 20 May 2026.

Alongside the iQOO 15, iQOO 15R and iQOO 15 Ultra, this new device is positioned as another high-end option, and leaks suggest that iQOO will focus strongly on gaming performance, battery life and durability, while keeping the design in line with the rest of the 15 series.

iQOO 15T Chipset and Gaming Features

Information shared by Digital Chat Station on Weibo indicates that the iQOO 15T is set to debut the Dimensity 9500 Monster Version processor, which is said to run with exclusive low-level optimisations and a self-developed Q3 gaming chip aimed at boosting stability and frame rates during demanding titles.

A separate leak from Anvin on X outlined most of the expected specifications for the iQOO 15T, including a 6.82-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor integrated into a metal frame with a glass or fibreglass rear panel.

The tipster also listed an 8,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging, a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls, and a rear camera unit led by a 200MP Samsung HP5 sensor with optical image stabilisation, paired with a 50MP ultra-wide camera for broader field-of-view shots.

Anvin suggested that the iQOO 15T will ship in several memory and storage combinations, including 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB, giving users a range of choices depending on multitasking needs and local file storage requirements.

The same leak pointed out that iQOO is expected to reveal the iQOO 15T together with two other devices, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro and the iQOO TWS 5i earbuds, with the announcement window likely falling on 20 May 2026, which aligns with the current early reservation campaign in China.
