iQOO 15T Specifications Tipped Ahead of Launch: iQOO Pad 6 Pro Could Tag Along

iQOO is gearing up to unveil yet another performance-focused smartphone in China soon. The iQOO 15T has been leaked in China and will arrive on the back of the iQOO 15 (Review) and iQOO 15R, which were unveiled in India in late 2025 and early 2026, respectively.

While details surrounding the iQOO 15T are still under wraps, it is expected to compete with the likes of the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Max. The latest rumours surrounding the iQOO 15T come courtesy of Weibo, obtained via Gizmochina.

iQOO 15T Specifications: What to expect

The iQOO 15T is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with LPDDR5X-Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Moreover, the iQOO 15T could sport a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 2K or 1.5K resolution. It will likely sport a 144Hz refresh rate.

Another major highlight of the iQOO 15T is its expected 8,000mAh silicon carbon battery. The cell will also support 100W wired charging, although it will lack wireless charging support. For optics, the iQOO 15T is said to feature a 200MP primary camera with a Samsung HP5 sensor.

However, details about its additional rear cameras remain unclear at this stage, with no confirmed information on ultra-wide or telephoto sensors. The device is also tipped to feature a premium metal frame, suggesting a more durable build alongside its performance-focused hardware.

iQOO Pad 6 Pro Flagship Tablet Launch

In addition to smartphones, iQOO is reportedly preparing to launch a flagship tablet, the iQOO Pad 6 Pro. This device is tipped to feature a large 13.2-inch LCD display with 4K resolution, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It could offer up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, backed by a massive 13,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and may arrive in Man Dao, Grey Crystal, and Silver Wing colour options.

Apart from this, iQOO is also said to be working on a new Neo 11 series smartphone for the Chinese market, which is expected to be an incremental upgrade over its predecessor, focusing on refined performance and efficiency improvements rather than major hardware changes.
