iQOO Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro Key Specs Leaked: 2K Display, 7,000mAh Battery, Metal Frame, and More
iQOO is reportedly preparing to launch the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro by the end of 2025, and a new leak from Digital Chat Station suggests some significant upgrades.
The series is expected to feature a 2K flat display, a 7,000mAh battery, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, bringing it closer to flagship territory.

2K Display and Faster Biometrics
A 2K flat display would be a first for the Neo series, improving clarity over the 1.5K panels used in previous models. This upgrade could make the Neo 11 lineup more appealing to gamers and content consumers.
The devices may also feature a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, which offers faster, more reliable authentication than optical sensors, especially in wet or dusty conditions.
Larger Battery With Faster Charging
The Neo 11 series is expected to house a 7,000mAh battery, among the largest in a mainstream smartphone. Paired with 100W fast charging, it aims to deliver long battery life without slow recharge times.
Durability and Chipset Upgrades
For the first time in the Neo lineup, iQOO may replace the plastic frame with a metal chassis, improving durability and heat dissipation.
On the performance side, the Neo 11 may run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Neo 11 Pro could feature MediaTek's Dimensity 9500, following iQOO's trend of offering both Qualcomm and MediaTek options.
What's Next for iQOO?
Beyond the Neo 11 series, iQOO is also working on:
- The iQOO Z10 lineup, expected to include Z10x, Z10, and Z10 Turbo.
- The Neo 10S series, likely launching in mid-2025 as a refresh of the Neo 10.
- The iQOO 15 series, expected in late 2025.
With major upgrades in display, battery, and security, the Neo 11 series could further blur the line between performance-focused and flagship devices. More details, including pricing and availability, are expected closer to launch.
