iQOO has launched the iQOO Neo 7 5G in India. The Android smartphone was launched recently in China as the iQOO Neo 7 SE 5G. The phone comes at an aggressive pricing to compete with other midrange Android smartphones like the Nothing Phone 1, and the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G. The iQOO Neo 7 5G features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has a peak brightness of 1300 nits and has secured HDR10+ certification. The screen has an under-display fingerprint scanner.

iQOO has embedded a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC in the iQOO Neo 7 5G, with a Mali-G610 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

The iQOO Neo 7 5G has a triple rear camera setup on the back. There's a 64MP primary camera with OIS support, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Strangely, iQOO has dropped the 8MP ultra-wide camera, which was present on the Neo 6 5G, from its latest offering. There's a 16MP front-facing camera nestled inside the hole-punch cutout for selfies, video calls, and face unlock.

The Neo 7 5G features dual speakers and supports Bluetooth 5.3 and dual-band Wi-Fi. The smartphone runs Funtouch OS 13, based on Android 13. iQOO has assured that the iQOO Neo 7 5G will get two major Android updates and three years of "software support", which probably refers to security updates.

iQOO has offered the iQOO Neo 7 5G in two RAM + storage variants. The base model packs 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and comes for ₹29,999. The top-end model packs 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage and costs ₹33,999. There's also a flat ₹1500 instant discount on transactions made using certain credit or debit cards.
