iQOO Neo 7 Pro launch date in India set for July 4: All you need to know

iQOO has been teasing the launch of the Neo 7 Pro in India for some time now. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is touted to be the first 'Pro' smartphone in the 'Neo' line-up outside China. To recall, the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro were unveiled in China last month.

Now, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro has got an official release date in India. The company recently took to Twitter to confirm that the iQOO Neo 7 Pro launch date in India is set for July 4. iQOO has also confirmed that the handset will arrive in an orange colour option.

While details surrounding the iQOO Neo 7 Pro are still scarce, reports suggests that the device will be a rebranded version of the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition, which released in China earlier this year.

The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition arrived with a powerful chipset, a sizeable battery with super-fast charging support, a triple-camera setup, a super-smooth AMOLED display, and more. If the iQOO Neo 7 Pro is a rebranded version of the Neo 7 Racing Edition, then we already have a detailed picture about its specifications.

iQOO Neo 7 Pro Specifications (Expected)

The iQOO Neo 7 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

It is expected to sport a 6.78-inch FullHD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR and 1500 nits of peak brightness. Additionally, a Pro+ display chip to help with frame stability and low power consumption. It will boot Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13 on top.

For optics, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro will get a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide unit, and a 2 MP macro lens. Up front, the phone will opt for a 16 MP selfie camera. Other features of the Neo 7 Pro will include dual-stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, an in-display fingerprint reader, and more.
