iQOO Neo 9 Pro Launch in India Confirmed for February 2024: All you Need to Know

After the launching the first smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in India, iQOO is now gearing up to unveil a new premium mid-tier handset in the country next month.

iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya recently teased the launch of a new smartphone in India soon. The phone in question features the same design as the iQOO Neo 9 Pro, which was unveiled in China last month.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro Launch in India

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro follows the iQOO 12 5G as part of the company's smartphone portfolio in 2024. It is worth noting that the vanilla iQOO Neo 9 could be unveiled later this year in the country.

As of now, the brand is yet to confirm an official launch date for the iQOO Neo 9 Pro in India, although we could get an exact date in the coming days. However, since the iQOO Neo 9 Pro has already been unveiled in China, its specifications are already well known.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro Specifications

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The handset runs Android 14 out of the box with the latest version of FuntouchOS on top. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro also packs a 5,160 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a pixel resolution of 2800x1260 and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts a 20:9 aspect ratio, 93.43% screen-to-body ratio, and HDR10+ support. The handset is also equipped with a Q1 dedicated chip and an upgraded VC cooling system.

For optics, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro features a dual-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP Sony IMX920 primary sensor with OIS support and a 50 MP ultrawide lens.
