iQOO Z10 Turbo Series Teased Ahead of Launch, Pro Model to Feature Snapdragon 8s Gen 4
iQOO has started teasing its upcoming Z10 Turbo series ahead of the official launch in China later this April. While the company hasn't announced a specific date, pre-bookings are already live, and new details-including design and expected specifications-are beginning to surface.
The lineup will include two devices: the standard Z10 Turbo and the higher-end Z10 Turbo Pro, with the latter being the first smartphone in the world to feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor.

Design Revealed, Hints at Familiar Aesthetic
The official teaser image shared by iQOO shows a design that will feel familiar to anyone who's seen the brand's Z9 Turbo. The Z10 Turbo series features a squircle-shaped dual camera module with an LED ring flash and bold orange accents across a textured back panel. The pattern gives off a flame-like visual, intended to reflect movement when viewed from different angles. It's not radically different from the previous generation, but the details do suggest a more refined look.
The camera design remains symmetrical and minimal, while the iQOO branding is positioned toward the bottom, maintaining a clean overall aesthetic.
Confirmed Chipset: Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 in the Pro Model
Last week, Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 in China. Shortly after the reveal, iQOO confirmed that the Z10 Turbo Pro will be the first smartphone to ship with the new SoC, putting it in a unique position for early adopters curious about how the chip performs in real-world use.
Meanwhile, the standard Z10 Turbo is rumored to use the MediaTek Dimensity 8400, which would still offer considerable performance gains over last year's Z-series models.
Display and Battery: What to Expect
Both models are expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED LTPS display with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate-specs that indicate a smooth and sharp viewing experience. The phones will ship with Android 15, layered with iQOO's OriginOS 5 skin.
Battery capacities differ between the two variants. The Z10 Turbo is tipped to include a 7,600mAh battery with 90W fast charging, while the Turbo Pro will pack a slightly smaller 7,000mAh unit, but with faster 120W charging.
Camera Setup: Small Tweaks Over Last Year
According to leaks, the camera hardware is getting incremental upgrades. The Z10 Turbo is said to offer a 50MP main sensor (likely the Sony IMX882) and a 2MP secondary sensor.
The Z10 Turbo Pro, on the other hand, will feature a 50MP + 8MP dual-camera setup, likely adding an ultra-wide option. Both phones are expected to include a 16MP front-facing camera, with support for OIS (optical image stabilization) on the main sensors.
