We already know that Motorola is in plans to announce a slew of smartphones such as the Moto G6, G6 Plus and G6 Play those have hogged the spotlight of late. But these are not the only devices to expect from the company as the entry-level Moto E5 has also been leaked a couple of times now.

Moto E5 3D renders out by 360-degree video

Earlier this month, we came across a leaked render of the alleged Moto E5 revealing its possible design. Even yesterday we saw the Moto E5 and E5 Plus receive the FCC approval revealed some key specifications. Now, the 3D renders of the E5 have been revealed via a 360-degree video shared by Couponraja along with @OnLeaks.

From the video, we can see that the upcoming Motorola smartphone will have a major change in terms of design. The video shows the round fingerprint sensor at the rear of the smartphone as in the previously leaked image. Also, there is a dimple at the rear panel that could be the Motorola logo. This logo is believed to double as the fingerprint sensor as speculated earlier.

The device is likely to feature a 5-inch display with the usual 16:9 aspect ratio but there is no information on the exact screen type and resolution. Similar to its predecessors, we can expect the Moto E5 to make use of a MediaTek processor under its hood. But there is no regarding the same though the speculations point out at the presence of 3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB of default memory capacity.

The FCC documentation has already pointed out that both the smartphones under the Moto E series will make use of a similar 4000mAh battery. This is different from what we saw last year as the Moto E4 came with a 2800mAh battery while the E4 Plus has a 4000mAh battery.

The company is expected to unveil the Moto E5 sometime in April this year. Going by the existing reports, it could be the cheapest smartphone coming from Motorola's stable this year. From a few media reports, we can expect the Moto E5 to cost Rs. 7,000 but an official confirmation is awaited.
