Motorola's Moto series smartphones are quite popular. This is why we have seen the upcoming Moto X4 appearing in multiple leaks till now.
et again, we have come across a few images said to be of the smartphone. Apart from the pictures, the source (a website called Tudocelular) has also revealed the entire specs line up of the Moto X4. This new leak surfaces just after a week when tipster Evan Blass shared a picture of the alleged Moto device. Interestingly, the previous picture matches exactly with the recent renders.
This means, the handset sports a circular dual camera setup at the back. The LED flash will be located at the top instead of the bottom. Also, the area around the sensors is not coated black.
Other than that, the smartphone seems to feature glass on both sides. If you wondering about the fingerprint scanner, it will be placed at the front. So the physical home button of the Moto X4 will double function as a fingerprint reader.
On the specs angle, the smartphone is expected to launch with a 5.2-inch FHD AMOLED display with the resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. Under the hood, it could come with an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 or Snapdragon 660 processor clocked at 2.2GHz.
The memory aspect would be taken care of by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. We also expect another variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage space. The native storage space should be further expandable with the use of a microSD card.
Opposing previous rumors, this new report suggests that the rear dual camera setup will comprise of two 13MP sensors with an aperture size of f/1.7. While the front camera will be of 5MP, and it will also feature f/1.7 aperture and LED flash.
Other goodies on-board will include a multifunctional fingerprint scanner, IP68 certification, 3,800mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, and Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Motorola's own interface.
The Moto X4 is likely to be officially unveiled on August 24 in Brazil.
