Motorola recently confirmed the global launch of the Edge 40 Neo. The teaser didn't reveal the exact Motorola Edge 40 Neo launch date, only hinting that it would be coming soon.

However, Motorola Romania recently sent out invites for the upcoming launch of the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, confirming its exact release date.

According to reports, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo global launch date is set for September 14. Motorola has also started teasing the Edge 40 Neo on its X (formerly know has Twitter) account.

The teaser video reveals the design of the Motorola Edge 40 Neo. Previous reports, suggests that the Motorola Edge 40 Neo price will start from under EUR 290 (roughly Rs 25,800), although this appears to be closer to Indian pricing.

We believe that the Motorola Edge 40 Neo global pricing will fall anywhere between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000. Moreover, the Edge 40 Neo will likely launch in India following its global release.

Motorola Edge 40 Neo Specifications

The Moto Edge 40 Neo is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 SoC. The handset will run near-stock Android 13 out of the box. The Edge 40 Neo will sport a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

For optics, the Edge 40 Neo is expected to get a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor and a 13 MP ultrawide unit. Up front, the Edge 40 Neo will opt for a 32 MP selfie camera.

Motorola is expected to equip the handset with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging. The tipster also notes that the Edge 40 Neo will have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is expected to come in Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea colour options.
