Motorola is gearing up to unveil a new smartphone in its Edge series soon. While the Motorola Edge 60 Pro is expected to make its debut on April 24 alongside the Moto Razr 60 Ultra, new information now reveals some key aspects of the vanilla Motorola Edge 60.

According to tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) on X, the Motorola Edge 60 will bear a close resemblance to its predecessor, the Motorola Edge 50. Moreover, the tipster has also revealed some key aspects of the Edge 60 through what appears to be official marketing posters.

Motorola Edge 60 Specifications (Expected)

The leaked specifications reveal that the Motorola Edge 60 will be powered by a Dimensity 7300 SoC from MediaTek, introduced in May 2024. It is expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, although these configurations may vary depending on the region where it is launched.

The handset is tipped to sport a curved P-OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (2,712x1,220 pixels). The renders indicate that it will run Android 15 out-of-the-box. Additionally, the phone is said to feature a 50MP Sony Lytia 700C sensor for its rear camera.

While details about other rear cameras are not available, the phone is expected to have a front-facing camera with the same megapixel count as the rear one-50 megapixels-suitable for selfies and video calls.

The Motorola Edge 60 is anticipated to house a robust 5,200mAh battery. Leaked images show it alongside a fast-charging 68W charger. Furthermore, the device is expected to have MIL-STD-810H certification for enhanced durability.

As we approach April 24, more information about these handsets may emerge. The launch event will also introduce other models like the Motorola Edge 60 Pro and Motorola Razr 60 series.
