Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ Price in India Leaked Ahead of June 4 Launch

Motorola's Edge 70 Pro+ is days away from its official India debut, and now its price has surfaced too. Tipster Sanju Choudhary (@saaaanjjjuuu) has shared what they claim is the Edge 70 Pro+'s India price: Rs 47,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant.

Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ Specs

The Edge 70 Pro+ comes with a 6.8-inch 1.5K curved display running at 144Hz, paired with the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset. Memory and storage are LPDDR5X and UFS 4.1, respectively.

The camera setup is the headliner here: a 50MP Sony LYT-710 main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide with autofocus, and a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto. There's also a 3-in-1 light sensor on the rear and a 50MP autofocus front camera.

On the battery side, the tipster lists 6500mAh or higher, with 90W wired and 15W wireless charging. That would make it one of the bigger batteries in this price range. Connectivity includes NFC, an AI Key, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and USB 2.0.

How It Lines Up Against the Edge 70 Pro

The Edge 70 Pro+ is clearly positioned as the variant that doesn't cut corners. The current Edge 70 Pro 5G in India tops out at Rs 41,999 for 12GB/256GB, and while it's a capable phone, it lacks the periscope camera and wireless charging that the Pro+ comes with.

The global Edge 70 Pro already had those features, so the Pro+ looks like Motorola's way of bringing that complete package to India officially.
