Motorola Razr 2019 With Foldable Display Launched For Rs. 1,08,230: Specifications And Availability

Motorola has announced its most anticipated foldable smartphone - the Razr 2019. The foldable smartphone looks similar to the original Razr phone but comes with new technology and improved design. The smartphone uses a hinge mechanism which allows the phone to fold from the middle. The Motorola Razr 2019 also sports a secondary display which will allow users to respond to notifications, play music, use Google Assistant, and a lot more. Here are the details:

As mentioned above Motorola Razr is a foldable smartphone which opens vertically. The flip phone flaunts a 6.2-inch Cinemavision foldable pOLED screen with a resolution of 2142 x 876 pixels and an aspect ratio of 21:9. Besides, it also offers a secondary display at the rear side of the phone which become front when the phone is folded. The secondary display sports a 2.7-inch OLED screen with the resolution of 600 x 800 pixels and 4:3 aspect ratio.

On the optical front, the foldable smartphone sports a 16MP single-camera setup. It uses Laser Auto Focus technology along with Night Vision mode and electronic image stabilization (EIS). The company claims that the primary camera also uses AI to produce a better image. Upfront, the smartphone 5MP camera setup for selfies and video calls.

As far as hardware is concerned, the Razr 2019 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 710 SoC, clubbed with Adreno 616 GPU. The smartphone will be backed by a 6GB of RAM, 128GB of onboard storage. On the connectivity part, the smartphone offers a Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.0 Type-C.

The smartphone will be fuelled by a 2510mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast charging. On the software part, the smartphone will run Android 9.0 Pie.

The Motorola Razr will be available in Noir Black color option and it will be available for pre-order exclusively via Verizon in the US. The pre-orders will start from December 26 with the price tag of $1,499.99 (Rs. 1,08,230 approx). Buyers can also opt for a monthly plan starting at $62.49 a month for 24 months.
