Motorola's Moto Razr+ 2023 was recently spotted on the Chinese CQC certification website, entailing that it'll launch soon in the country. And now, the same device has made its way to the TDRA certification and Canadian REL certification websites, albeit with different names. Let's take a look.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra/Razr+ 2023 Spotted on Certification Websites
The TDRA certification and Canadian REL certification websites have listed the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and the Razr+ 2023 monikers. Both devices are the same as they share the same model number (Motorola XT2321-3 and Motorola XT2321-1), so it looks like Motorola could be planning to release this phone with different names for different regions.

Earlier, the Chinese CQC certification revealed that the Moto Razr 40 Ultra/Razr+ 2023 with the model number Motorola XT2321-2 would feature a 3,640mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
The new smartphone has a slightly larger battery than its predecessor (3,640mAh versus 3,500mAh), and connectivity capabilities such as Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5, and NFC will be available. But, aside from the battery, charging, and wireless connectivity info, no other key specifications were mentioned.

According to previous reports, the Razr+ 2023 will have a 6.7-inch foldable P-OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. It could be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset under the hood. The device will have a fingerprint scanner on the side.
There is no information on the optics as of now. Other details include that the phone will ship with Android 13 out of the box with Moto's custom MyUX skin on top.
As for the launch, prominent tipster Evan Blass suggests that the phone's launch announcement could be on June 1.
