Motorola Razr 50 Ultra Launch Date in India set for July 4: Amazon Availability Confirmed
Motorola recently introduced two new Razr clamshell folding smartphones in China in the form of the Motorola Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra. Now, we have confirmation that at least one of the two Razr 50 smartphones will be coming to India.
An official listing for the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has gone live on Amazon India, although there's no mention of the vanilla Razr 50, which leads us to believe only the Razr 50 Ultra will be unveiled in India.

Moto Razr 50 Ultra India Launch
The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra launch date in India is set for July 4. The promo page also reveals that the Moto Razr 50 Ultra will be offered in Midnight Blue, Spring Green, Peach Fuzz, and Peach Fuzz colors in India.
It is worth noting that Motorola is not bringing the Hot Pink version of the Razr 50 Ultra to India. To recall, the Moto Razr 50 Ultra price in China starts from CNY 5,699 (roughly Rs 65,500). We believe the Moto Razr 50 Ultra price in India will likely fall between Rs 80,000 to Rs 90,000.
Moto Razr 50 Ultra Specifications
The Moto Razr 50 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and will come with several AI features. The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra packs a 4,000 mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless fast charging. The latest Razr 50 Ultra flip smartphone runs Android 14-based Moto MyUX.
The Moto Razr 50 Ultra sports a 6.9-inch FHD+ P-OLED internal display with a 120% DCI-P3 color gamut. The screen will feature an adaptive 1Hz - 165Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The panel also boasts a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The phone also features a massive 4-inch cover display, the biggest on a flip smartphone.
Moreover, the cover screen features the same specifications as the internal display, including the FHD+ resolution, the adaptive 165Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a slightly lower 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The cover display allows you to access several features including watching videos, get navigation details, and access apps.
Motorola has also updated the camera setup on the Razr 50 Ultra. It now consists of a 50 MP primary camera sensor with OIS and an f/1.7 aperture and a 50 MP telephoto unit with an f/2.0 aperture and 2x optical zoom. Lastly, the hole-punch camera cutout on the screen houses a 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
