Motorola Razr+ With 2,850mAh Battery in the Works: Report

Motorola is reportedly planning to launch the Motorola Razr+, which will succeed last year's Moto Razr. The smartphone will arrive with the model number XT2321. Here's everything we know about the upcoming foldable phone.

According to a MySmartPrice report, Motorola's newest foldable smartphone will have the Razr+ moniker, instead of the Razr branding. The Razr+, bearing model number XT2321, will be the latest member in the Razr lineup of clamshell-style foldable phones.

The new Razr+ foldable phone will be the first Motorola phone in the Razr series to get a "Plus" branding.

The report claims that the smartphone will feature a small 2,850mAh battery, which is a significant downgrade from the Motorola Razr 2022's 3,500mAh battery.

The Motorola Razr+ will reportedly support 30W wired fast charging. Meanwhile, there's no word on the smartphone's wireless charging capability.

According to past rumors, the Motorola Razr+ could feature a bigger cover display. An image of the smartphone has also leaked, showcasing the handset's dual-camera setup. The camera sensors will be accompanied by an LED flash at the back.

Additionally, a leaked render of the Razr+ indicates that the smartphone may feature an under-display selfie camera. The full camera specifications are still undisclosed. Other details such as the processor, storage capacity, and display size are still under wraps.

Motorola is yet to confirm any details about the upcoming Razr foldable. However, we can expect it to debut soon, considering that the company's CEO has hinted at an imminent launch in an interview with CNBC.

Motorola Razr 2022 Specs

The Motorola Razr 2022 sports a 6.7-inch OLED main display, while the outer display is 2.7 inches in size. The foldable smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.

When it comes to the camera details, the handset features a dual camera setup at the rear. It includes a 50MP primary sensor and a 13MP secondary lens. It has a 32MP selfie camera at the front.
