Nokia 800 Tough Could Be Launched Soon In India
HMD Global unveiled the Nokia 7.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 800 Tough, Nokia 2720 Flip, and Nokia 110 (2019) at the IFA 2019 in September. Of these, the two smartphones and the Nokia 110 (2019) have already been launched in India. Now, it looks like the Nokia 800 Tough is nearing its launch in the country.

A recent report by NokiaPowerUser notes that Sangeetha Mobiles, one of the leading retailers in the country has teased the launch of the Nokia handset in India. The phone has been listed by the retailer as 'Coming Soon'.
Nokia 800 Tough Expected Price In India
Nokia 800 Tough has been unveiled for 109 euros (approx. Rs. 8,700). It has been launched in Desert Sand and Black Steel color options. However, there is no word regarding the exact launch date of the feature phone in India. We can expect the Nokia handset to be launched this month itself.
The teaser poster shows the durable build that is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and meets the MIL-STD-810G standard. As it is a rugged device, it can handle pressure, drops, thermal temperature and more. It comes with 4G connectivity and is preloaded with apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Wi-Fi.
Nokia 800 Tough Specifications
To recall, the Nokia 800 Tough has been launched for the enterprise users and adventurers as it features a rugged and tough body to suit extreme conditions. The feature phone bestows a 2.4-inch QVGA display and makes use of a Qualcomm 205 SoC with 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB.
The feature phone is based on KaiOS and gets the power from a battery that renders up to 43 days of standby time. Also, there is support for Google Assistant. The other aspects include a loop at the bottom to attach it to belts or bags and heavy-duty rubberized buttons that can be accessed even while wearing gloves.

Given that the Nokia 800 Tough could be launched in India in the coming days, this feature phone has to be priced affordable to ensure that it beats the competition available in this market segment.
