Nothing Phone (2) price, memory configurations leaked: CEO Carl Pei responds
Nothing recently confirmed the launch of its second smartphone in India. The Nothing Phone (2) has been extensively teased by the company, confirming that the successor to the first Phone (1) will get key upgrades over its predecessor.
Now, new information surrounding the Nothing Phone (2) price and memory configurations have been leaked. But before we dive into all the details, here is everything you need to know about the Nothing Phone (2) release date.
Nothing Phone (2) Launch Date
The Nothing Phone (2) launch date in India and globally is set to take place on July 11 at 08:30 pm (IST). The second smartphone from Nothing will go on sale in India through Flipkart after its launch in the country.

The Nothing Phone (2) is expected to get a price hike in India and globally, considering the upgrades, primarily the move to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. To recall, the Nothing Phone (1) price in India started from Rs 32,999, although that price has currently come down to Rs 29,499.
Nothing Phone (2) Price (Expected)
A French publication recently leaked that the Nothing Phone (2) price in Europe would start from EUR 729 (roughly Rs 65,600) for the base 8GB/256GB model. Moreover, publication also confirmed that the Phone (2) would come in a 12GB/512GB configuration for EUR 849 (roughly Rs 76,400).
The Phone (1) featured a starting price of EUR 469 during its launch in Europe. This suggests a major price hike for the Phone (2). However, Nothing CEO Carl Pei recently took to Twitter replying to the leak, suggesting that these prices may not be accurate. We believe the Nothing Phone (2) price in India will fall in the sub-50K segment.
Nothing Phone (2) Specifications (Expected)
The Nothing Phone (2) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Moreover, Nothing has also confirmed that the Phone (2) will use a 4,700 mAh battery and is expected to support both wired and wireless fast charging.
The Nothing Phone (2) will also use a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. For optics, the Phone (2) is expected to use a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor with OIS and a 50 MP ultrawide shooter. The Phone (2) will boot Android 13 with Nothing OS 1.5 on top.
Furthermore, CEO Carl Pei has confirmed that the device will offer three OS updates and four years of security updates. The Nothing Phone (2) will also feature the same design as the Phone (1), with the former expected to get a new and improved Glyph interface.
