Nothing Phone 4a Series Vibrant New Colour Options Teased Ahead of Launch in March 2026
With Nothing ditching its flagship Phone 4 launch for 2026, the Phone 4a series is shaping up as Nothing's key launch for 2026. The mid-range Nothing Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro expected to appear at MWC 2026 Barcelona.
While official details about the Nothing Phone 4a series are still scarce, the company has begun teasing new colour options for its upcoming mid-range smartphones.

Nothing Phone (4a) Series & Headphones (a) Colour Options
Nothing has begun promoting the Phone 4a series launch with a bright teaser image. On Nothing's official X account, the post shows "(a)" in five colours: blue, yellow, pink, white, and black.
The caption simply reads "soon." The image hints at multiple colour options for the Nothing Phone 4a lineup and signals the start of a longer teaser campaign. It is unclear whether the teaser also hints at the launch of the Nothing Headphones (a).
A previous report suggests the headphones may arrive in white, black, pink, and yellow. This makes blue the most likely standout colour for the Phone (4a), potentially giving the mid-range model a distinct visual identity rather than having its design fully overlap with the headphones.
Nothing Phone 4a Series Pricing (Expected)
Price leaks suggest the Nothing Phone 4a could start at $475, while the Nothing Phone 4a Pro may reach $540. Moreover, the Nothing Phone 4a price in India could start from under Rs 40,000. On the other hand, the Nothing Phone 4a Pro could fall in India's sub-50K segment.
The figures are higher than earlier models, and reports link this rise to increasing component costs. Even so, leaks still place the Phone 4a series among the Best Budget Android Phones of 2026, depending on the confirmed pricing.
Nothing Phone 4a Series Specifications
The Nothing Phone 4a and Nothing Phone 4a Pro are expected to use the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. Leaks mention options with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Both phones may feature a 120Hz flat OLED display. The Nothing Phone 4a Pro could also gain an IP65 rating for stronger protection against dust and water.

Battery upgrades on the Nothing Phone 4a series appear modest, with leaks pointing to 5,100mAh to 5,200mAh cells. Charging power is tipped to stay at 50W, matching the Phone 3a range rather than stepping up. That change still means a small capacity boost against the 5,000mAh battery in last year's Nothing Phone 3a models. For optics, the Nothing Phone 4a series could faeture a 50MP triple-camera setup.
Recent leaks claim the Nothing Phone 4a range will introduce a "brand new design," raising questions about the familiar transparent back. The phones are also rumoured to arrive with higher IP ratings, at least on the Nothing Phone 4a Pro. These details suggest Nothing is adjusting its design language while keeping practical durability in focus.
With no flagship device planned for 2026, the Phone 4a series becomes central to Nothing's Android plans. The phones are expected to debut around March 5th at MWC 2026, where final prices, the new look, and confirmed specifications should be revealed.
