Nothing is set to unveil its first (b) series smartphone in India today. Nothing won't be releasing a CMF smartphone this year, which could make the upcoming Nothing Phone (4b) the most affordable phone in the company's line-up this year.

The Nothing Phone (4b) is expected to sit just under the Nothing Phone 4a (Review) that was unveiled earlier this year. While Nothing has been teasing specifications and features of the upcoming Phone 4b, the handset's specifications have already been leaked online.

Nothing Phone 4b India Launch

The Nothing Phone 4b is launching in India at 3.30 pm (IST) today alongside the Nothing Ear (3a). Following its launch, the Nothing Phone 4b will be available for purchase through Flipkart, partner retailers, and Nothing's physical store in Bengaluru. The Phone 4b has already been teased in a blue shade, although previous leaks also reveal a black and white colour option. Moreover, Nothing is also launching a special Royal Challengers Bengaluru edition of the Nothing Phone (4b).

We expect the Nothing Phone 4b price in India to start from under Rs 35,000. To recall, the Nothing Phone 4a was initially unveiled at Rs 31,999 but has since received a couple of price hikes in India, and now starts at Rs 39,999.

Nothing Phone 4b Specifications: What to Expect

Nothing has already confirmed that the Phone 4b will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, while a recent Geekbench listing suggests it will feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and Android 16. The benchmark listing, carrying the model number A009P, also offers an early look at the device's hardware ahead of its official debut.

According to recent leaks, the Nothing Phone 4b will sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is expected to be offered with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Running Android 16 out of the box, the smartphone should deliver a smooth day-to-day experience, while the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset is expected to handle gaming and AI-powered features with ease.

For photography, the Nothing Phone 4b is tipped to feature a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, it is expected to house a 16-megapixel selfie shooter for selfies and video calls.

Other expected features include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The Indian variant is also tipped to pack a 6,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging, while the global model is expected to feature a slightly smaller battery capacity.
