Nubia Z60 Fold Tipped to Launch by End of This Year, Specs Leaked
Nubia is reportedly working on a new foldable smartphone, the Nubia Z60 Fold. The device is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of this year and will be powered by an unannounced Snapdragon 8 processor. Here's everything we know about the Nubia Z60 Fold.
Nubia Z60 Fold Rumored Features
According to a report by PriceBaba, citing tipster Paras Guglani, the Nubia Z60 Fold will come in three color options. Additionally, the upcoming foldable smartphone is said to bear the model number NX801J.

As for the display, the Nubia Z60 Fold is rumored to feature a 7.3-inch foldable AMOLED screen. There's no mention of the outer display details.
Powering the Nubia Z60 Fold wil be an unannounced Snapdragon 8 series SoC. Although the report did not mention the exact processor, it is speculated that the smartphone could get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU which is expected to launch later this year.
The processor will be accompanied by 12GB of RAM with two storage options. While the base version will come with 256GB of internal storage, the higher-end model could get 512GB of internal storage.
Moving on to the battery, the Nubia Z60 Fold could feature a 5,000mAh unit. If this tall claim turns out to be genuine, it will surpass the Pixel Fold's battery capacity of 4,821mAh. Additionally, the report claims that the smartphone could support 100W fast charging.
As for the launch timeline, the Nubia Z60 Fold will likely debut in the fourth quarter of 2023. The foldable phone may not make its way to India since the smartphone maker doesn't have a track record of launching its phones in the country.
Nubia hasn't confirmed any of these details, so we'll have to take these reports with a grain of salt. As the ZTE-owned firm dips its toes into the foldable smartphone market, it will have to face tough competition from the likes of Samsung, Motorola, Vivo, Huiawei, and even Tecno.
