OnePlus 11R 5G new Vegan Leather Variant teased in India ahead of Amazon Sale

OnePlus has teased the launch of a new variant of its sub-40K OnePlus 11R in India. The OnePlus 11R 5G was initially unveiled in India back in February but will now be offered in a new red color option.

The Chinese smartphone maker is preparing to unveil the OnePlus 12 5G sometime in November or December. Additionally, the company also recently confirmed the launch of the OnePlus Open, its first foldable smartphone.

OnePlus 11R 5G New Color Variant

However, ahead of those launches, we will see the OnePlus 11R 5G in a new red shade. To recall, the OnePlus 11R 5G was originally revealed in Galactic Silver and Sonic Black colors.

While both models opted for glass back panels, the silver variant featured a glossy finish as opposed to the matte back on the black model. However, this upcoming variant of the OnePlus 11R 5G will feature a Red Vegan Leather back panel.

OnePlus 11R 5G New Variant Officially Teased

Earlier this year, the company unveiled the OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact Special Edition in China. The device featured a red vegan leather finish. Apart from the vegan leather finish, this model boasts a silver-colored camera bump and visible faux stitching on the back.

And considering the OnePlus Ace 11R 5G is a remodeled version of the OnePlus Ace 2 for global markets, this will likely be the same smartphone recently teased in India. The new red vegan leather version of the OnePlus 11R has been teased on Amazon India ahead of its launch.

OnePlus 11R 5G Red Vegan Leather Lauch Date

As of now, there is no official launch date for this new version of the OnePlus 11R 5G. However, considering the timing of this teaser, we believe that the device will be available for purchase during the Amazon Great Indian Festival sale, which starts from October 8.

Moreover, the red vegan leather version of the OnePlus 11R 5G could also be offered through the official OnePlus website. The OnePlus 11R 5G price in India is set at Rs 39,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model and Rs 44,999 for the 16GB/256GB configuration.
