OnePlus 13R Early-bird Offer Revealed Ahead of January 7 Launch; Expected Price and Features in India

OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus 13 and the 13R on January 7 at its winter launch event. The OnePlus 13R will be a rebranded version of the recently announced Ace 5.

However, the OnePlus 13R is confirmed to pack a 6,000mAh battery, instead of the 6,400mAh battery featured on the Ace 5. Additionally, the early-bird offer for the OnePlus 13R has been revealed.

Customers in the US can now pre-book the OnePlus 13R by paying $50 (around Rs 4,274) to avail an additional $50 off and a gift worth up to $229 (around Rs 19,578) at the launch.

Moreover, the OnePlus 13R is tipped to come with a single 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant in India. It is also confirmed to be available in two colour options namely -- Nebula Noir and Astrail Trail.

OnePlus 13R Specs and Price (Expected)

The OnePlus 13R is confirmed to ship with OxygenOS 15 in the global market. In terms of specs, the phone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T OLED display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and an adaptive 1Hz - 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and pack 80W wired fast charging support.

For optics, it is likely to offer a triple-camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro unit. Upfront, it will opt for a 16MP selfie camera.

As far as the price is concerned, the OnePlus 13R is expected to be priced at around Rs 40,000 in India, while the standard OnePlus 13 is tipped to come between Rs 67,000 and Rs 70,000.

Moreover, the brand is hosting a global launch event for the OnePlus 13 series on January 7, which will be live-streamed at 9:30 PM IST on the brand's official YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
