OnePlus 15 Could Adopt New Square Camera Design and Drop the Iconic Hasselblad Branding
OnePlus appears to be going in a new direction with its next flagship. According to a new leak shared by Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15 is set to introduce significant changes in both design and hardware—marking a shift from the company’s recent iterations.
The phone is reportedly scheduled to launch in October, alongside the OnePlus Ace 6.

Square Camera Module Replaces Circular Design
One of the biggest visual changes could be the rear camera layout. Digital Chat Station claims that OnePlus is moving away from its usual large circular camera bump. Instead, the OnePlus 15 may feature a square-shaped module with rounded corners, positioned in the top-left corner of the back panel.

This would bring the design closer to what we’ve seen on the recent OnePlus 13T and 13s models. The Hasselblad branding, which has been present on recent OnePlus flagships, may not appear on this model (via).
Flat Display with LIPO Tech
Up front, the phone is expected to have a flat 1.5K display with minimal bezels. It’ll reportedly use LIPO (Low Injection Pressure Overmolding) display packaging, a technique that replaces traditional buffer materials with a polymer-based liquid. This helps reduce bezel thickness and improves durability. Apple has also used this approach in its Pro iPhones.
Although the resolution is tipped to be slightly lower than the current-gen OnePlus 13, the use of LIPO tech and slim bezels could still offer a sharp and immersive viewing experience.
Snapdragon 8 Elite 2
Performance-wise, the OnePlus 15 is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. The chip is expected to pack a new Adreno 840 GPU.
7,000mAh+ Battery and 100W Charging
Battery life might see a major jump. The leak suggests the phone will carry a battery capacity between 7,000 and 7,500mAh. This would be well above most mainstream flagships currently on the market.
Charging speeds are expected to remain at 100W, in line with recent OnePlus devices.
