OnePlus 15R Officially Teased Ahead of Launch, Amazon Microsite Goes Live
OnePlus is gearing up to add another phone to its India lineup, and the company has now confirmed the name as the OnePlus 15R. A teaser page is live on both the OnePlus India website and Amazon with a "Coming Soon" label, indicating that an official announcement may not be far away even though the launch date hasn't been revealed yet.

The teaser carries the same “Power On. Limits Off” line used for the OnePlus 15, so it looks like the two devices will sit in the same family.
Early Look at the Design
The teaser image shows the phone in two colours — black and green. The rear has a dual-camera setup placed vertically inside a square camera bump, which makes it look simpler than the triple-camera arrangement seen on the previous OnePlus 13R. The power and volume keys sit on the right side, while the left side is expected to include the Plus Key, a customizable shortcut button that OnePlus introduced recently.
Rumoured Hardware And Key Specs
Nothing official has been confirmed yet, but early reports mention a 6.7-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, which would place it in gaming-friendly territory. The phone is said to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.
For cameras, it may carry a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Another talking point is the rumoured 8,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging, which would make it one of the larger battery capacities seen in the series.
Where It Might Fit in the Lineup
The OnePlus 15R is likely meant to be a middle option for buyers who want newer hardware but don’t necessarily need the full feature set of the OnePlus 15. Leaks have pointed to two possible source models: the OnePlus Ace 6 or the upcoming Ace 6T from China.
If the reports are accurate, the 15R could either share the Ace 6’s internals or jump ahead and adopt newer features linked to the Ace 6T.
What to Watch For
The microsite reveal means OnePlus has started its teaser cycle, so more details should follow through social posts, leaks, or a standalone event page. Stay tuned!
