OnePlus Ace 6T With Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Officially Confirmed To Launch In November
OnePlus has officially confirmed that it’s releasing a new phone called the OnePlus Ace 6T in China later this month. The company is positioning it as a performance-driven device, and it’s tied closely to Qualcomm’s next flagship chip.

Built Around Snapdragon’s Next-Gen Chip
The Ace 6T is set to ship with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, and OnePlus has publicly stated that this will be the first phone to launch with it. OnePlus has also suggested that it worked closely with Qualcomm to tune the chip for gaming performance.
The big talking point here is support for steady 165-frame gameplay paired with a new gaming core that’s said to prioritize sustained load, not just short bursts of peak speed.
Gaming And Thermal Claims
OnePlus leaders in China have hinted that the Ace 6T isn’t just trying to reach high frame numbers but keep them consistently smooth. The mention of a mainstream title optimized for 165Hz performance suggests that this isn’t just a lab-tested achievement.
Rumored Specs And Design Direction
There’s plenty of unofficial information floating around. Reports say the phone could feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. Battery life seems to be a big part of the story, with early leaks pointing to an 8,000mAh battery paired with 100W charging.
Camera leaks mention a dual rear setup featuring a 50MP main sensor paired with an 8MP secondary camera. A 32MP selfie camera could anchor the front. Other rumored hardware notes include a metal mid-frame, ultrasonic fingerprint reader, linear motor, dual speakers, and NFC.
Color options mentioned include Flash Black, Shadow Green, and Electric Purple, with a special edition inspired by Genshin Impact also reportedly planned.
