OnePlus 6 Avenger theme confirmed officially

We all must remember the OnePlus 5T Star Wars edition, which the company had launched in December last year. Now, the company has some good news in store for the Marvel fans. Yes, the company has announced that it will be launching the OnePlus 6 based on Marvel Avenger theme.

As per some reports from the web, OnePlus has announced its partnership to release the OnePlus 6 Avengers theme in an official email. OnePlus has announced that it will extend its collaboration with Marvel Studios. Just as Marvel is preparing for the big launch, OnePlus is also set to launch the Avenger themed in collaboration with the Marvel studios.

It was earlier speculated in the past that the Avengers-themed OnePlus 6 might be released by the company, now the email confirms that officially. It is mentioned that in the email that the Avengers-themed OnePlus 6 will be announced on April 27. OnePlus has also announced that it will be extending its collaboration with the Marvel Studios which was started with the Star-Wars: Last Jedi edition and that the device might have something special in the store for the user.

OnePlus has earlier also teased a similar partnership with OnePlus in China, however, it was clarified that the special goodies involve an Avengers-based mobile game and also free tickets to two lucky fans. OnePlus has unveiled the OnePlus 5 in June last year so the OnePlus 6 is also speculated to be announced around the same time. However, the OnePlus CEO Lau has earlier revealed that the company's next flagship will be announced in the late Q2, 2018. So it would be safe to say that the users will get their hands on OnePlus 6 by the end of June.

OnePlus 6 is said to feature a 6.2-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 854 SoC. Further, the device is said to come with the same 6GB and 8GB RAM variants and it seems like the company is unlikely to make any changes as there are only a few numbers of devices that come with the 8GB RAM. In terms of storage, the device is said to come with 256GB storage variant. The device is also said to have dash charge support which we had previously seen on the OnePlus 5T.
