OnePlus 6 to come with craftsmanship and new materials
Oneplus official twitter handle has released a new image teaser of the upcoming flagship OnePlus 6. The image disclosed that the OnePlus 6 will come with an engraved back saying 'Design by OnePlus'.
The most awaited OnePlus 6 still have some time to get the release, and a new teaser image has been again surfaced on the web. The new teaser image has revealed that the upcoming OnePlus flagship is made by expert craftsman with a new material.
In the image, the company disclosed that the OnePlus 6 will come with an engraved back saying 'Design by OnePlus'. We can assume that the device will come with a glass back or a ceramic back. However, both the material supports wireless charging feature. OnePlus can possibly use the new premium materials, but it can raise the price of the OnePlus 6.
The company has launched a ceramic design as well as glass OnePlus X, which means the presumed materials will not be new to the company. Most possibly the company will refine the same materials.
In addition, it looks like that the smartphone will be exclusively available on Amazon India. As Amazon has created an entire dedicated launch page for the upcoming flagship. Now, users can register themselves to get notified when the device is launched, all they need to do is to register their email ID.
The registered user will also receive all the relevant information for the smartphone such as price, launch offers, discounts, stock and availability. Usually, Amazon made this service available when a device is set to be launched in a couple of weeks.
The OnePlus 6 will be first 2018 flagship smartphone from the company and OnePlus CEO Pete Lau and the company's co-founder Carl Pei have already revealed some of its specs.
The device is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC clubbed with 8GB RAM and 256 internal storage.
Oneplus has also come up with a new community review program under which 15 users have an early access to the device for writing the unbiased review of the OnePlus 6.
After submitting the review, the reviewers will also get the smartphone for free. Interested users can submit an application form to get into the Lab program and submission are open until May 3, 7:30 AM IST.
