OnePlus 6 concept renders with notch are attractive

OnePlus 6, the next-generation flagship smartphone to be unveiled by the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is hitting the rumor mills frequently. Lately, we saw a leaked specs sheet of the smartphone revealing the key specifications of this device. Also, it was said that the Oppo R15, which was unveiled in China a few days back is the blueprint of the OnePlus 6.

Having said that, we can infer that the OnePlus flagship killer to see the light of the day soon could arrive with a display notch as seen on the Oppo smartphone. Even the previously leaked hands-on photos of the smartphone tip at the presence of such a screen with a notch at its top center for the selfie camera.

Now, one of the best designers of concept phones, Hasan Kaymak (via Concept Phones) has come up with the concepts of the OnePlus 6. And, we should admit that these concepts of the OnePlus 6 are beautiful for us to stop glancing another time.

Dual cameras and oval fingerprint sensor

From the concept render seen above, there appears to be a dual-camera setup at the rear of the smartphone. Notably, the camera module appears to be slightly protruding. The positioning of the fingerprint sensor at the rear isn't surprising as saw the arrangement on the OnePlus 5T itself. But what's different is that the fingerprint sensor is relatively more spacious and oval in shape (horizontally and not vertically).

What’s the notch for?

Well, the iPhone X was the first one to feature a display notch and it houses more than just the selfie camera. The OnePlus 6 comes with a display notch as seen in this render and this notch provides room for the front camera, sensors and speaker.

Glass back and metal frame

The OnePlus 6 appears to have a glass back and a sturdy metal frame. The design does not look impractical and it appears to be legit. There is a USB Type-C port at the bottom and two speaker grills as well.

Possible specs we can expect

From the recently leaked specs sheet, the OnePlus 6 is believed to arrive with a 6.28-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixesls and 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is said to feature an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. OnePlus 6 is speculated to sport dual rear cameras with 16MP and 20MP sensors accompanied by LED flash. The selfie camera is said to be a 20MP sensor. The battery capacity is said to be 3450mAh along with the Dash Charging feature.

OnePlus 6 price is out

OnePlus 6 is expected to be priced around $749 (approx. Rs. 48,000). If this turns out to be true, this smartphone will be the most expensive OnePlus smartphone to be unveiled till date.
