OnePlus Nord 3, the upcoming flagship Android smartphone under the mid-range OnePlus Nord series, is being tested for optimal performance in India. The 5G-enabled premium smartphone's expected price in India, its key specifications, features, and other details have leaked.

OnePlus Nord 3 5G May Launch In India As Early As Next Month

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is a flagship Android smartphone in the OnePlus Nord lineup in India. The OnePlus Nord 2T is currently the highest-priced smartphone in the series and is almost a year old.

OnePlus has already introduced the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, which is part of the Nord 3 lineup. However, this smartphone sits at the bottom of the Nord lineup in India and competes with mid-range smartphones under the Redmi Note 12, Realme 10, Motorola G series, and other similarly-priced phones from different brands.

A new leak about the OnePlus Nord 3 5G suggests the smartphone should officially launch in the next six to eight weeks. The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G launched in May 2022. Hence, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G could launch at the end of May or the first week of June this year.

As for the price of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G, OnePlus may offer the smartphone's base model at ₹29,999, with higher models costing more. The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G launched at an inaugural price of ₹28,999 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The higher-end variant of the Nord smartphone, with 12GB RAM, is priced at ₹33,999.

OnePlus Nord 3 5G Indian Variant Leaked Specifications, Features

OnePlus hasn't officially confirmed the Indian variant of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G. Hence, the specifications and features of the smartphone have been collated from multiple databases, leaks, and rumors.

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is tipped to feature a larger 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. A layer of Gorilla Glass 5 would protect the display.

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is expected to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The base model of the smartphone could have 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, while the top-end variant may pack as much as 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Previous leaks about the smartphone have claimed the OnePlus Nord 3 will feature a triple rear camera. There could be a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and an LED flash. The smartphone should have a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies, video calling, and face unlock.

OnePlus has reportedly embedded a 5000mAh battery inside the OnePlus Nord 3 5G, which supports 80W wired SuperVOOC fast charging. The Nord series smartphone should flaunt the signature OnePlus Alert Slider on the side.
