Oppo has confirmed that the F23 5G will be powered by a Snapdragon chip, which is believed to be the SD695 SoC. The chip will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Additionally, up to 8GB of unused storage will be available as virtual RAM. The Oppo F23 5G will also sport a screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

For battery, the F23 5G will pack a 5,000 mAh cell with 67W SUPERVOOC charging support. Oppo is promises 48 months of fluent, lag-free performance on the F23 5G.
