Oppo F23 5G price in India, sale date, key specifications leaked ahead of launch

Oppo is launching a new mid-range smartphone in India in its F series. The Oppo F23 5G is hitting the Indian market next week. While Oppo has already teased several details about the upcoming F23 5G, a recent leak reveals the device's price and sale date in the country.

Tipster Paras Guglani (@Passionategeekz) recently uploaded live images of the Oppo F23 5G as well as what appears to be marketing material for the device. In his tweet, he also mentioned the Oppo F23 5G price in India and its availability in the country.

Oppo F23 5G Price in India

According to the tipster, the Oppo F23 5G price in India will start from Rs 23,999 in India. Moreover, the first Oppo F23 5G sale in India will kick off on May 18. To recall, The Oppo F23 5G launch date in India is set for May 15.

Oppo previously confirmed that the F23 5G would support 67W SUPERVOOC charging. Additionally, the phone will also use a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, presumably the Snapdragon 695 chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Moreover, up to 8GB of unutilised storage can be used on virtual RAM.

The marketing material shared by Guglani reveal dual stereo speakers and a four-year battery durability. It also suggests four years of software support. The Oppo F23 5G is also expected to sport a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Oppo F23 5G will also have a 2 MP Microlens Camera with up to 40x magnification.

The other two camera lenses will likely be a 64 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor. Up front, rumours suggests that the F23 5G will opt for a 32 MP selfie camera. The phone is also expected to pack a 5,000 mAh battery and will run on Android 13 with ColorOS 13 on top.
