Oppo Find X6 Confirmed to Launch on March 21, Design Teased

Oppo has confirmed that the Oppo Find X6 will launch in China on March 21 this year. The brand also offered a peek at the upcoming smartphone, teasing the design and camera setup.

As for the global launch, we can expect the Oppo Find X6 to arrive in select markets outside China. There's still no word on whether the phone will arrive in India.

Oppo Find X6 Teaser Reveals Design, Cameras

Oppo took to Weibo to share that the Oppo Find X6 will debut on March 21. The announcement was accompanied by a teaser video, showcasing the leather-like back panel.

The camera configuration was teased as well, indicating that the upcoming Oppo Find X6 will get Hasselblad-tuned cameras and a MariSilicon X NPU.

In addition, Oppo seemingly took a dig at the likes of Samsung and Vivo, which were accused of manipulating images of the moon. Oppo claimed that the Find X6 can capture a clear image of the moon, thanks to its telephoto lens.

The brand added that the camera can click even better pictures of people in the moonlight. The clear image quality can be attributed to the Find X6's MariSilicon X NPU, which aids in real-time AI noise reduction.

Oppo Find X6 Rumored Features

The Oppo Find X6 series is said to include the base OPPO Find X6 and the OPPO Find X6 Pro. While both smartphones will be premium offerings, the Pro version is expected to feature better hardware than the vanilla model.

According to past rumors, the base Oppo Find X6 will get a triple camera setup at the rear. The back panel could feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 camera. It could be accompanied by a Samsung JN1 50MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP Sony IMX890 telephoto sensor.

Meanwhile, the Find X6 Pro will likely get a new 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX989 main camera sensor. The rear camera array could also include a 50MP Sony IMX890 ultrawide sensor and a 50MP Sony IMX890 periscope lens.

While the Find X6 is said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor, the Pro model could get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

When it comes to the battery, the Find X6 may pack a 4,800mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The Find X6 Pro could get a slightly enhanced battery, with a 5,000mAh unit that supports 100W fast charging.
