OPPO Find X8 Ultra Key Specifications Confirmed Ahead of Launch on April 10: Here’s What We Know So Far!

The OPPO Find X8 Ultra is making its debut in China tomorrow alongside a plethora of other products, including the Find X8s and Find X8s Plus. Now, OPPO has confirmed some key aspects of the Find X8 Ultra ahead of the launch.

The OPPO Find X8 Ultra launch date in China is set for April 10 at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 pm IST. The OPPO Find X8s, Find X8s+, Pad 4 Pro, and Watch X2 Mini will also be unveiled alongside the 'Ultra' model.

OPPO Find X8 Ultra Specifications (Confirmed)

OPPO confirmed that the Find X8 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, making it the first smartphone in the company's portfolio to use Qualcomm's flagship mobile chipset. To recall, the OPPO Find X8 series, unveiled in October 2024, utilized the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC.

Additionally, the OPPO Find X8 Ultra will also pack a 6,100 mAh silicon carbon battery backed by 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. Moreover, the Find X8 Ultra will also feature a 2K LTPO OLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate (1Hz - 120Hz).

The OPPO Find X8 Ultra will also feature an IP68 + IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water. The phone also boasts advanced protection against drops. The OPPO Find X8 Ultra will also feature a quad-camera setup with four 50MP sensors. Moreover, the camera system here is fine-tuned by Hasselblad.

OPPO Find X8 Ultra Camera Specs (Expected)

According to previous reports, the OPPO Find X8 Ultra will feature a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-900 1-inch type primary sensor with OIS support. The phone will also feature a 50MP Sony IMX906 telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom and a 50MP Sony IMX882 ultrawide lens.

Finally, OPPO won't follow the Vivo X200 Pro and Xiaomi 15 Ultra's (Review) 200MP periscope lens. Instead, we are expected to see a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope shooter with 6x optical zoom. The OPPO Find X8 Ultra is also expected to feature a 32MP selfie camera. The phone will also have a spectral image sensor to assist with colours and skin tones.
