    A Chinese smartphone maker, Oukitel, is all set to announce its new smartphone called K10000 with a massive battery capacity of 10000mAh.

    Oukitel To Soon Launch A Smartphone With Massive 10000mAh Battery

    The highlight of the Oukitel K10000 is its battery capacity, which is steps ahead from the high-end smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S6, and also the battery-centric smartphone- Gionee Marathon that comes with 6000mAh battery capacity.

    Neowin has posted few images of the K10000 and also claims to have confirmed specifications of the handset. Reportedly, the K10000 will sport a 5.5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixels resolution and will be powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 SoC paired with 2GB of RAM.

    The smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front facing camera, 16GB of built-in storage and supports LTE connectivity. The images show that the handset comes with metal body and feature dual speakers. Connectivity options in the phone inlcude USB port given at bottom of the phone.

    The battery life of the smartphone has not been mentioned. It is expected that that Oukitel will launch the battery-centric smartphone in near future.

    On the other hand, GizChina, reported the the company also plans to launch six more smartphone with long battery life. Some models will be backed up with 6000mAh or larger batteries.

    Recently, Gionee also revealed to Gizbot about its plans to launch three new battery-centric smartphones.
