Poco F5, Poco F5 Pro full specifications, pricing, design revealed ahead of launch

The Poco F5 series is making its global debut on May 9. The line-up will include the Poco F5 and Poco F5 Pro, although only the vanilla Poco F5 5G will make its way to India.

Poco has been teasing several details about its upcoming 'F' series smartphones. However, ahead of the launch, the full Poco F5 and Poco F5 Pro specifications have been leaked online by tipster SnoopyTech.

Poco F5 Specifications (Confirmed & Expected)

First off, the Poco F5 will be the first smartphone in India to be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC with an overall AnTuTu score of 969,903 points. The Poco F5 will also feature a 3725 mm2 VC cooling area with 14 graphite layers. The phone will feature Hyperboost Gaming that will deliver 90fps in New State.

The Poco F5 is also confirmed to sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with the segment's first 12-bit panel. The screen has minimal bezels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will run Android 13 with MIUI 14 for Poco on top.

For optics, the Poco F5 will get a triple-camera setup with a 64 MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide unit, and a 2 MP macro unit. The camera system will come with seven different Film modes. The Poco F5 could come in Black, White, and Blue colour options and will weigh 181 grams.

The Poco F5 is expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The phone will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. It will also come with dual-stereo speakers and a 16 MP selfie camera.

Poco F5 Pro Specifications (Confirmed & Expected)

The Poco F5 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The Poco F5 Pro will sport a 6.67-inch WQHD+ (3200 x 1440 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Poco F5 Pro is also confirmed to feature a 64 MP triple-camera setup with on the back with OIS support on the main camera. While the Poco F5 Pro will feature the same seven different film modes as the vanilla model, the former will also support 8K video recording.

The Poco F5 Pro is also expected to pack a 5160 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support and 30W wireless fast charging. The phone will run Android 13 with MIUI 14 for Poco on top.

Poco F5 Pro, Poco F5 Price in India

The Poco F5 price in India will start from under Rs 30,000. The Poco F5 Pro is not going to make its way to Indian markets but its price tag in Europe will likely fall anywhere between EUR 500 to EUR 600.
