Poco F6 5G Launching in India Today, Poco F6 Pro will Debut Globally: How to Watch the Livestream?

The Poco F6 5G is set to make its debut globally and in India today. The Poco F6 5G has already been teased through the company's official X (formerly Twitter) handle as well as Flipkart.

A listing for the Poco F6 5G has already gone live on Flipkart, which all-but confirms it will be a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 3. The Poco F6 5G will also be the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip in India.

Poco F6 5G Launch, Expected Pricing

The Poco F6 5G is launching in India later today at 04:30 pm IST. The launch event for the Poco F6 5G will be live streamed on the company's official YouTube channel.

However, like its predecessor before, the Poco F6 Pro won't be making its debut in India. To recall, the Poco F5 5G price in India started at Rs 29,999 at the time of its launch. However, we believe the Poco F6 5G price in India could start from anywhere between Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000.

Poco F6 5G Specifications (Expected)

Since the Poco F6 5G is indeed a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 3, its specifications are already well known. Chipset aside, the Poco F6 5G will feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.

For optics, Poco's latest mid-range smartphone is expected to feature a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with an f/1.59 aperture and OIS. The main camera is paired with an 8 MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide lens. Up front, the Poco F6 5G will opt for a 20 MP selfie camera.

The handset is expected to sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,400 nits as well as HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support. The screen will feature a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. The Poco F6 5G will run Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box.

Poco F6 Pro Specifications (Expected)

The Poco F6 Pro appears to be a rebadged version of the Redmi K70, which was unveiled in China back in December 2023. The Poco F6 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The Poco F6 Pro runs Android 14-based HyperOS. It will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

The Poco F6 Pro could sport a 6.67-inch TCL OLED display with a 1440p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive peak brightness of 4,000 nits. The panel will feature a pixel density of 526 PPI and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It will also pack dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

For optics, the Poco F6 Pro boasts a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP Light Hunter 800 primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.6 aperture.
