Realme 11 Pro Plus 200 MP Triple Cameras, Design, Display confirmed ahead of May 10 launch

The Realme 11 series recently got an official launch date in China. While previous rumours already hinted to a leather back and circular camera island on one of the Realme 11 series devices, the company has now officially teased the design for the Realme 11 Pro Plus.

The teaser confirms that the Realme 11 Pro+ will feature a circular camera island on the back. The teaser also reveals details about the Realme 11 Pro+ cameras. Additionally, details about the device's finish have also been revealed.

Realme 11 Pro Plus Design

According to the teaser, the Realme 11 Pro+ will come in a Sunrise Beige colour option. The phone appears to have a soft leather finish on the back as opposed to the traditional glass and polycarbonate rear panels on past 'Number' series phones.

The design of the Realme 11 Pro Plus was developed jointly with Matteo Menotto, currently Head of Design for Textile at Bvlgari. The design implements "soft leather, weaved fabric, hand-sewn together" to elevate the premium phone experience and was inspired by the sunrise in a romantic city.

Additionally, the circular camera island on back appears to house three lenses and an LED flash. At the helm of the triple-camera setup sits a 200 MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). This is solid improvement over the 108 MP primary sensor on the Realme 10 Pro Plus.

While there is no mention about the sensor in question, it will likely be the Samsung ISOCELL HP3. Realme hasn't provided details about the other two camera sensors as well. But they will likely include an ultrawide lens and a macro unit.

Realme 11 Series Event

The company has also confirmed that only two devices will be unveiled at the event - Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+. The Realme 11 series launch date in China is set for May 10. The Realme 11 series is also expected to be powered by an unreleased MediaTek Dimensity 7000 series chipset.

The Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro Plus will also be offered in Oasis Green and Astral Black colours, although there is no mention about the finish. The teaser for the event also confirms that the Realme 11 Pro+ will use a curved AMOLED display with a hole-punch camera cut-out. The panel is expected to feature a 120Hz refresh rate.
