Realme GT 8 with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, Ricoh Cameras, 7000 mAh Battery, Android 16 Launched

Realme GT 8 Pricing
The Realme GT 8 price in China starts from CNY 2,899 (roughly Rs 35,850) for the base 12GB/256GB model. Moreover, the GT 8 is also offered in these configurations:
- 16GB/256GB: CNY 3,199 (roughly Rs 39,550)
- 12GB/512GB: CNY 3,399 (roughly Rs 42,050)
- 16GB/512GB: CNY 3,599 (roughly Rs 44,500)
- 16GB/1TB: CNY 4,099 (roughly Rs 50,700)

The Realme GT 8 comes in Green, White, and Blue shades. The Realme GT 8 will make its debut in India next month. We expect the Realme GT 8 price in India to start from anywhere between Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000.
Realme GT 8 Pro Specifications
The GT 8 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. This setup ensures smooth performance for gaming and multitasking. The phones also include a large cooling system to manage heat effectively during intensive tasks.
The GT 8 is equipped with a robust 7,000 mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support. The Realme GT 8 series runs on Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0 on top. It boasts IP66 + IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability in various environments.

Realme GT 8 Pro Cameras
For optics, the Realme GT 8 features a triple-camera setup that includes a 50MP Ricoh GR anti-glare with 1/1.56″ primary sensor, OIS, and f/1.8 aperture. The main camera is paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture and a 50MP periscope-telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom, OIS, and an f/2.6 aperture. Up front, the Realme GT 8 Pro opts for a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
Realme has collaborated with Ricoh Imaging Company for the GT 8's camera system. This partnership introduces features from Ricoh's GR series, including an ultra-high transparency lens group that meets Ricoh GR optical standards. The camera system promises high anti-glare performance and minimal distortion for clear images.
The Realme GT 8 model features a circular camera deco without replacement options but shares similar colour choices as the Pro version. Both models are designed to be visually appealing while maintaining functionality.
