Realme GT Neo 5 SE Confirmed to Launch Soon: Specifications

Realme has confirmed that the Realme GT Neo 5 SE will debut soon in China. While the promotional poster confirms the Realme GT Neo 5 SE moniker, no other details about the upcoming smartphone have been revealed.

The GT Neo 5 SE, with model number RMX3700, was recently spotted on the Geekbench database. The smartphone will arrive as a lower version of the premium Realme GT Neo 5 launched in China last month.

The first teaser for the Realme GT Neo 5 SE indicates that the smartphone will debut soon in China. The specifics are unclear as the company has not revealed the exact launch timeline. Reports hint at a launch in the coming weeks.

The Realme GT Neo 5 SE is rumored to have a 6.74-inch OLED panel. The display will have a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and a 2160 Hz PWM dimming.

According to some rumors, the Neo 5 SE will likely feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 processor. However, there's no consensus on the processor, with some reports hinting at a toned-down Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 that could be called the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2.

The chipset could be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The phone will likely boot Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 out of the box.

As for the battery, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE might feature a 5,500mAh unit. It will support 100W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. Design-wise, the handset will have an aluminum alloy body.

When it comes to the camera, the GT Neo 5 SE could get a triple camera setup at the rear that includes a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, the handset could feature a 16MP camera for selfies.
