Shortly after Redmi's announcement, Realme teased its own Dimensity 8400-powered smartphone. While the brand hasn't disclosed the name, prominent leaker Digital Chat Station points to the Realme Neo 7 SE. This phone is expected to be positioned as a direct competitor to the Redmi Turbo 4, sharing similar performance characteristics thanks to the same chipset.
If past trends are any indication, the Neo 7 SE may launch globally as the Realme GT 7T, continuing Realme's rebranding strategy.

The Dimensity 8400 chipset is designed for efficiency and performance, featuring a cutting-edge 4nm architecture. Its CPU configuration includes:
- 1× 3.25GHz Cortex-A725 core for intensive tasks

While Realme hasn't shared many details about the Neo 7 SE, rumors suggest it will carry forward some features from the recently launched Neo 7. The Neo 7 came equipped with a 7,000mAh battery, hinting that the Neo 7 SE might feature a similarly large battery, likely between 6,000mAh and 7,000mAh, paired with fast-charging technology.
The phone is expected to debut in January 2025 in China, making it a close contender to the Redmi Turbo 4.
